Beagle asks you to sign in before it shows any practice data. The same account signs you in on the Mac and on iPhone.
- Open Beagle.
- Enter the email address your account uses.
- Enter your password. Use the eye button to reveal what you have typed if you need to check it.
- Choose Sign In.
Beagle then takes you to firm selection, or straight to the workspace if there is only one firm to open.
#If you have forgotten your password
Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. Beagle sends a reset message to that address. You need a valid email address in the field first โ the button will tell you if it is empty or malformed.
#If Create Account is unavailable
Beagle can be configured so that only an administrator can create accounts. If that is how your firm is set up, Beagle tells you that account creation is not available and to contact your administrator. That is a firm setting, not an error โ ask whoever administers Beagle at your firm to create your account.
#Common sign-in messages
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Incorrect email or password. | The credentials did not match. Check for a stray space or a wrong keyboard layout. |
| An account with this email already exists. | You were trying to create an account that is already registered. Sign in instead, or reset the password. |
| Couldn't reach the server. Please try again. | Beagle could not reach the sign-in service. Check your internet connection. |
| Enter a valid email address. | The address is empty or not a valid form. |
#Signing out
Sign out from the firm selection screen or from Settings. Signing out does not delete anything from the Mac; it returns you to the sign-in screen.
