Manage Subscription

Manage or cancel your subscription

Beagle subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you manage, change or cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Beagle Pro is sold and billed by Apple, so your subscription lives in your Apple ID rather than in a Beagle account page. Everything below happens on Apple's side.

#Manage or cancel

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Beagle.
  5. Change the plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

On a Mac

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Click your name in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Click Account Settings, then find Subscriptions and click Manage.
  4. Select Beagle and change or cancel it.

You can also go straight to your subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

#Switching between monthly and annual

Change the plan in the same place. Apple handles the proration and tells you what you will be charged and when.

#What happens after you cancel

  • You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • After that, Beagle switches to export-only mode rather than locking you out. Your records stay visible and you can keep exporting and backing them up.
  • Subscribing again restores full access.

#Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

#What to watch for

  • Deleting the app does not cancel anything. The subscription belongs to your Apple ID, so it keeps renewing until you cancel it in Settings.
  • Cancel before the renewal date. Apple charges for the next period at renewal; cancelling afterwards applies to the period after that.
  • Check which Apple ID you used. If Beagle does not appear in your subscriptions list, you are probably signed in with a different Apple ID than the one that bought it.
  • Each member licenses their own account. Cancelling yours does not change anyone else's in the firm.
